A social media fair usage policy for schools

I’ve been trying to devise a fair usage policy for students in my classroom when they’re using social media. Ideally it should be easy to display (on an A3 poster maybe) and suitable for sending home to parents. Obviously a proportion of the policy will depend on the school itself but if we keep it general but succinct, we might get something we could all use in our schools.
