You could break them down into fun suggestions to brighten teachers lives,
improvements to edtech for schools and suggestions for politicians ranging from improving the whole system of education to an end to advertising teaching jobs on Jobbridge, properly funding of education or just including teachers in the educational conversation. They cover issues from securing the prospects of employment for new entrants and reversing cuts to Guidance and Traveller teacher provision and reducing class size and an end to the moratorium on the appointment of teachers to posts of responsibility. Also on the list was proper CPD, asking for an acknowledgment of all the extra work teachers do extra-curricular and with non-governmental bodies.
