  1. Thank you for reads this week – really enjoyed – particularly the Alan Booth blog and also the Colouring Book fad – mindfulness. I really empathises with this article – bought and tried for the precise reason they are advocated, was beginning to think I was weird as the benefits to me were so non-existent. As a distraction I found them more stressful than moving my notes and that in itself was so stressful – not conforming to what the marketing sells the product as and for. Brill for finding the counterargument for all the hype.
